Pressure relief dampers are used for the dynamic control of air pressure within a space or room.
As the room pressure increases the blades automatically open by relieving the excess pressure in the room and when pressure returns to normal the blades close by making use of gravity
MATERIALS AND STRUCTURE
The EPRD frame is manufactured from galvanized sheet metal with aluminum blades.
The 13mm shafts are hex bar.
The blades are fitted to the casing with brass bushes.
The linkages are fixed to pins running in the brass bushes.
Blades increments are 100mm and are not interconnected or linked.
OPTIONS
The EPRD can be supplied with:
• EPRD-A flanged one side opening outward
• EPRD-B flanged one side opening inward
• EPRD-C flanged both sides
Airflow direction to be specified.
Casing depth can vary as required.
STANDARD DIMENSIONS
Minimum size 200mm (w) x 150mm (h).
Maximum size in one section 900mm (w) x 1200mm (h).
Sizes exceeding maximum will be supplied in sections.
Flange size 30mm.
Casing casing depths vary from 50mm to 150mm.
