APPLICATION

Electrovent Round Control Dampers (ECDR) are airflow control products used in HVAC installations.

ECDR can be used to control intake and exhaust flows, and for air balancing applications in spiral ductwork.

MATERIALS AND STRUCTURE

The ECDR frame and blade is manufactured from 1.6mm galvanised steel as standard.

Single type blades are installed in the casing with low friction nylon bushes driven on a 13mm hex profile.

Blade position is indicated from outside of the casing.

OPTIONS

The ECDR can be supplied with:

•Locking quadrant for manual operation

•Extended shaft for actuator by others

•Electrical actuator motorising the control

Various actuator options are available depending on the control required.

The ECDR is suitable for vertical and horizontal installation.

Available in 304 and 316 stainless steel on request.

STANDARD DIMENSIONS

Minimum size: Ø100mm.

Maximum size: Ø750mm.

Casing depth is 200mm as standard or to client specification.

No Flange.
